Three parts, working together.

Investors usually know their numbers in pieces: a loan balance here, a rent roll there, a valuation from last year. Dignity Capital OS joins them, so value, debt, equity and yield are always current, and a loan or lease ending soon is flagged before it surprises you.

Your Dashboard

See everything in one place

Assets, loans, tenants, leases, cash flow, deals, contacts all feed one dashboard. Enter a record once and it appears everywhere it belongs, with the totals and alerts calculated for you.

  • One snapshot with value, debt, equity, NOI, cap rate and LTV
  • Alerts for loans and leases ending within 90 days
  • Views for residential, commercial, land and development projects

Stress Test Lab

Today versus a bad scenario, side by side

Test a decision before you make it. Fill in the inputs in one row and the result calculates beside them. Add one row per scenario and compare them side by side. It is built with standard Notion formulas, so it works on the free plan.

  • A stress test that shows what a rent drop and a rate rise do to a deal
  • One row per scenario, compared side by side
  • Plain numbers, any currency

In practice

How an investor uses it

  1. Add each asset once with its class, market value and purchase date.
  2. Link the loan: balance, rate, payment and the date the fixed rate ends.
  3. Log rent and costs month by month. Annual NOI uses the last 12 months.
  4. Before a purchase, enter the deal in the Deal Analyzer and run it through the Stress Test Lab.
  5. Once a month, open the snapshot and the alerts. That is the whole review.

Simple pricing. Both editions included.

Common questions.

What do cap rate, NOI and LTV mean?

NOI is yearly income minus operating costs. Cap rate is NOI divided by the market value. LTV is your debt divided by the market value. The template calculates all three for you and explains them in the playbook.

Does it work with several currencies?

Keep one currency per portfolio. Ratios such as cap rate and LTV work in any currency.

Is this investment advice?

No. It is a record-keeping and analysis tool. Results depend on the data you enter.

Do I need a paid Notion plan to use this?

No. It uses only standard Notion features (databases, formulas, rollups and views) and runs on the free plan. It needs no paid plan, automations, AI add-ons or integrations.

How is it delivered after I buy?

Right after payment you can download a short PDF with two links, one for the Clean Start edition and one for the Demo. Open a link, click Duplicate at the top right of the Notion page, and the system is in your own free workspace in seconds. You get both editions: a Demo filled with sample data and an empty Clean Start for your own records.

How do I pay, and is it safe?

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner and merchant of record. It shows the final price and any taxes before you pay, and you get a receipt by e-mail. We never see your card details.

Which currency or country does it use?

None. Amounts are plain numbers, so use your own currency anywhere in the world. Message templates come in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.
