Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to this website and to every purchase of a Niqaso Studio product (the “Products”). By buying or using a Product you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy.
What you receive
Each Product is a digital Notion template. After checkout you can download a PDF with links to duplicate it into your own Notion workspace. Every Product comes in two editions: a Demo filled with sample data and a Clean Start with the same structure and no data.
You need a Notion account. The free Notion plan is enough. Notion is a separate service with its own terms, and we do not control it.
Your licence
When you buy a Product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own properties, clients and business, and to edit it freely. Your team members may use your copy inside your own business.
You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the Product or its template link, in whole or in part, and you may not offer it or a lightly changed copy as your own template, on a marketplace or anywhere else. One purchase covers one business. Other businesses need their own licence.
Not professional advice
The Products are record-keeping and planning tools. Calculators, verdicts, alerts and example figures are illustrations that depend on what you enter. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, engineering or construction advice.
Message templates and playbooks are sample texts and checklists. Laws and lease rules differ between countries and regions, so check that anything you send or rely on suits your situation. You are responsible for your decisions and for the accuracy of the data you enter.
Prices, payment and delivery
Prices are shown on this website and are one-time payments unless the page says otherwise. Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. It shows the final price, any taxes and the accepted payment methods before you pay. Delivery is digital and immediate: after payment you can download your access PDF.
Refunds
Because a Product is delivered digitally and can be copied immediately, sales are final once you have received access, except where the law gives you a right to a refund or where the Product is materially different from its description. If something does not work as described, contact us first. We will fix it or refund you.
Updates and support
We may improve or change the Products, but we are not obliged to provide updates. We answer questions about using the Products by e-mail on a best-effort basis.
Warranty and liability
The Products are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that they will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for a Product is limited to the price you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
Ownership and trademarks
We keep all rights in the Products, including their structure, formulas, texts and design. “Notion” and other names belong to their owners. Niqaso Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you buy applies to your purchase.
